OH MY GOD I THOUGHT I UPLOADED THIS WEEKS AGO. Apparently I didn't. Apparently I suck 
Saw it sitting on my hard drive and was like "Waaaait a minute..."
So anyway, this is a request from EverStarcatcher - it's my super colorful version of her spooked-out Cell drawing! This one:

(It is from an RP where Cell sees a ghostie and is pretty much like WHOA 2SPOOKY. Because 1- you can't punch a ghost, and 2- ki blasts do NOTHING. He eventually got possessed at one point so his wussiness was justified?!)
